Refer A Friend - Terms And Conditons

By participating in the JettProof Refer and Earn Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Referrers must have an existing JettProof account or have made a prior purchase.
• Referred friends must be new customers who have not purchased JettProof products previously.

2. How the Program Works

• You’ll receive a unique referral link to share with friends and family.
• Your friend must click your link and complete a qualifying purchase of $150 (excluding shipping and discounts). Your friend will immediately receive $20 off their first order.
• Once your friend completes their order and the 28-day return period has passed, you’ll receive a $10 discount code via email to use on your next purchase.

3. Referral Reward Limitations

• Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• You may refer multiple friends, but referral rewards are limited to one per new customer.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, or used on NDIS-funded orders.
• Discount codes are to be used on full-priced items only.

4. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

• JettProof reserves the right to cancel referral rewards if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Self-referrals or referring individuals in the same household are not eligible.

5. Changes to the Program

• JettProof may modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer and Earn Program without notice.
• Rewards earned before any change will still be honoured by the terms at the time of referral for 60 days after the Program ends.

6. General

• This offer is valid for Australian residents only.
• By participating, you agree to receive emails related to your referral status and discounts.
• All decisions made by JettProof regarding eligibility and rewards are final.
