HOW TO USE YOUR FUNDING WITH US
Many JettProof customers buy our products online and then use the invoice for an NDIS claim.

OR
If you or your child is an approved NDIS participant with an allocation of funds in the NDIS plan for any of the products we offer, then we can provide a quote to assist in claiming or we can claim on your behalf.

HOW TO GET YOUR QUOTE

1. Browse our store and add products to your cart

2. Click on the Request A Quote link below the checkout button

3. Complete the Request a quote form and click 'SUBMIT QUOTE'

4. We will email you a PDF quote for your order to allow you to claim your purchase or we can organise a claim* on your behalf.

OR email us for a quote with the following details
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. NDIS participants name and date of birth
5. NDIS number
6. Details of JettProof products required

We will provide a quote or submit an invoice to NDIS and contact you regarding your order.

IF THE FUNDS ARE:

NDIS Managed - We can usually claim directly.

Plan Managed - We email the quote to you, for you to send to your plan manager.

Self Managed - We will email the quote to you, for you to claim or you can order JettProof online and then use your invoice to claim.
