Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.
We have strict quality control at JettProof and each item is examined before dispatch. In the rare event that you need to return a garment due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@Jettproof.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you feel that the size isn’t quite right, we are happy to exchange garments that have not been damaged, soiled, washed or worn. Please include a copy of the original invoice and instructions regarding the exchange size you require and contact phone number. If you require an exchange, please email our Customer Service Team at sales@Jettproof.com.au
If you change your mind about your JettProof purchase, you can return the products in their original condition (including tags, packaging and receipt of purchase) for a full refund (excl. delivery), within 30 days of receipt.
• Include a correct, working email address and contact number with all correspondence so we can contact you if we need more information.
• Include your name and address if an exchange is requested.
• The cost of return postage to our factory is the responsibility of the buyer.
• It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
• Refunds are processed against the original order number and original credit card or Paypal account which was used for the purchase.
• JettProof is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised products
• Our bedding range cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.
