How to use:

Enhance the cooling (optional):
The gel lining provides a natural cooling effect. For an extra refresh, place the mask in the fridge before use. Always check the temperature to ensure it feels comfortable on the skin.

Position the mask:
Gently slide the mask over your head and position the ergonomic U-shaped opening around your nose. Wear it over the eyes for full light block-out, or higher on the forehead with eyes exposed.

Safety first: Ensure the mask does not cover the nose or mouth during use.
